People buy your vision not your goal

This is well said by Jordan Belfort and you should feel your vision when you talking to your customer. He also says:
Getting rich is quick

Getting rich is not quick process actually. What Jordan means, you could understand it from his talking, putting all the elements one by one and then suddenly all start working efficiently. Until the that day comes, you should be patient and continue as stubborn person.

It takes time to line up all the elements and finding right moment will come if you are following the right path.
When dealing with a customer, there are three thing you should be careful about:

• You should be clear to customer

• You should be keen when talking to customer

• You should be expert in your field

Being Clear to Customer:

Customer should not have doubts about your product and your offer. Everything should be clear in their mind so that they could make a move to buy. Being clear to customer is very essential part and first check in your sales.

Being Keen:

It is very simple that nature reflects energy to everyone and some people have more energy to impress you. You should be keen to your customer so that they should know you are believing to your product.
It is not about talking about lies to your customer. If you think that your product is thrash do not sell it. Of course, these techniques give you ability to sell anything. However, it depends on you selling the right product or offer.

Being Expert in Your Field:

You know customers ask lots of question about your product and you should have enough information about your product to give right answers.
Being expert makes you trustworthy in your customers eyes and they believe in you.

Tonality and Closing

There are two criteria of tonality:

• Tone of voice

• Body language

Becoming tonality expert, you should care your customer and listen what they feel. Your body should tell them you are just like them.

There is a boundary of successful sale in opening and closing points. Tonality keeps sale in boundaries and you should have the control. If you are listening your customer 10 minutes, then you already lost the control and now your customer has the control.

If you lose control of sale, result is failing most of the time. In order to control your sale, you should be careful about two important things:

• Establishing instant massive rapport

• Using that rapport getting intelligence

Establishing instant massive rapport:

Drive your customer attention with impressive enter and continue to keeping control over your customer. Using tonality and body language make a connection with your customer.

Using that rapport getting intelligence:

Learning some crucial points about your customer move your sale to closing. Getting intelligence determines your behave to your customer to keep rapport. Learning what customer really wants and what they like. Learning what they demand provide you strong intelligence and successful closing.

Last three thing to care in selling:

• Love your product logical and emotional

• Trust and connect to you

• Trust and connect your company

These three are starting point of sale.
