It gives me absolute great pleasure to announce the latest Sponsorship that has been agreed supporting: @aivanav, @jassennessaj and @belsoronz and their Feed the Children Campaign in the Philippines.
After reading this morning what these guys are doing with their Feed the Children Campaign in the Philippines, it got me thinking.
Why not give the Kids more than just a little food?
Why not give them a small Party?
This then got me really thinking.
Let's see if we can replicate this awesome job that these guys are doing in the Philippines around the World by giving those Children struggling during these difficult and challenging times something to take their mind of things.
Sponsoring the #SteemParty Event
The Event has been split into two parts and will take place across a few locations in the Philippines.
Part 1 - Food
I believe @aivanav is an excellent cook and will be taking care of organising the food.
Part 2 - #SteemParty T-Shirts and Prizes
After organising the #Steem Promotional T-Shirts @jassennessaj has kindly offered to take care and organise the #SteemParty T-Shirts and Prizes and I am sure he will do an excellent job.

Pilot Project
As this is the 1st #SteemParty Event I am very keen to see how it runs.
If successful, I would like see if we can rollout similar #SteemParty Events around the World and help to feed more Children and give them a small Party at the same time.
Please join me in wishing @aivanav, @jassennessaj and @belsoronz success in this first #SteemParty Event and continued success in their Feed the Children Campaign in the Philippines.
Future Events
As a pilot Project I look forward to seeing how it rolls out and if anyone would like to organise a similar Event, please do not hesitate to let us know details of the Event that you would like some support.

Hello Mr. @stephenkendal, thank you for the unexpected additional support for the current feeding program that we had sir. We really appreciate the kindness.
This #SteemParty program will make our project more engaging and lively because we can pair it up for our feeding program. This is huge because the support we receive can accommodate up to 120-140 children.
Words aren't enough to thank you, we will make sure everything is spent including giving snacks and token of appreciation to the volunteers.

Can we get involved here in Ghana to share the love with guests who will love to join steem through a party? Doing this with the orphanage or students in school will be okay as well. Thanks for all these pretty ideas and support always @stephenkendal

Keep an eye on the #SteemParty tag over the next couple weeks and if the party in the Philippines proves a success I am hoping for I would be more than happy to support you guys in Ghana to do something similar.

That's really generous of you. I'm sure it will leave a significant imprint on the minds of the kids. Someday, they will sign up on steemit and do similar gestures for others too.
This is what I like about the Steemit.com platform, this togetherness in mutual help that makes Steem's image better, and maybe this is one of the goals of this platform to help people in need.
Judging from what is happening now maybe one by one will be born, and what I have said will probably develop as soon as possible for this beloved platform.

Very interesting event, I am also very interested to see how this event goes. If this event goes well, maybe for the second event later I can propose in my country Indonesia - Aceh. It would be more beautiful to share with them orphans and underprivileged children. 👍

Steem party will help invite people to steemit. A party for students on campus to educate and spread steemit will be a great step in sharing our aspirations. Thanks for your support @StephenKendal

Thank you so much sir @stephenkendal. Just a little update, for tomorrow's event we will only be having the feeding program. I'm still waiting for the shirts to arrive and have them printed with #SteemParty logo.
Also for the SteemParty event, we've contacted fellow volunteers who can do the Emcees, facilitate for the games, distribution of prizes, sound systems, and we're consolidating donations from our neighbors because they see this event a huge impact for our kids here.
Also, they've mentioned their intention to know more about Steemit. This is a perfect opportunity to hit two birds in one stone. So glad that I still have around 45+ Steemit shirts to be given to interested individuals.
