Joy on the faces of Newbies at the Hope for Generations Ministry /Stach Seminar
Hello Stemians
Yesterday at The Hope For Generations Ministry was extraordinaire. I was invited to do a presentation on Steemit and it was fun especially seeing people happy and eager to register on steemit as a result of what they had learnt from the presentations.
On getting to the venue, @olawalium was doing his presentation as I walked in. I was glad I didn't miss any presentation before mine even though I got to know later that I would be speaking after @tojukaka who was going to be speaking after @olawalium and so I had some time to catch my breath and redo my make-up.😂
My presentation lasted for for quite some time, I guess probably a little above 45minutes. I spoke about values of steemit which I kept reiterating because I know how it can be for newbies who come on board in steemit with the wrong notion (which I will itemize below) as well as my major presentation which was on Steemit Etiquette (it was caught on video and will be posted subsequently).
How To Succeed In Steemit
- Read /Research
- Have the right mindset: Steemit is not a get-rich-quick scheme.
- Be consistent
*Create Relationships :Interact, connect, quality comments. - Be original
- Add Value
It was a success as the reason for the workshop was met having over 35 persons in attendance both newbies and some steemians, 12persons registered as soon as the program ended and I believe they too will take the message of steemit to their friends and family.

I believe it's the beginning of many more steemit presentations I would be doing as I also got to be invited to speak with a couple of @idowu-kunlere friends in his office after the program. Wow, I am gradually becoming a steemit ambassador too, not bad right?! 😎😁

The major gain i have gotten from steemit apart from earning was reviving my once dead passion for writing and reading.
I always thankgod for steemit even in my dreams. my siblings can bear witness of that. and i just pray i get better and better and also use this platform to help otherless priviledged who really needs help
It's good to know that such passion of yours has seen light here in steemit @thankgodikkc. I believe you sure will get better and better as you write and add value to lives here on steemit.

Its exciting to me to read of your work. Where I live there are many, many people who could benefit from Steemit, so I'm learning from you how to reach them.
