Food for thought and/or physical?

As a natural health therapeut i look at the whole human. The surrounding like energy (see what i wrote before), and off course the subject wil come back. For now i like to write about food. Why food, that subject is a very important aspect in life or human beings and/of all kind off animals and more.

I am writing this in my garden, enjoying the bees, butterflies, the flower, the sounds of my neighbours, the smell coming out there kitching (rice) with my cup cappuccino after i started my breakfast with a health smoothie. That all with a nice meditationmusic.

So combine food, enjoying live, make the best of all.

The food for thought is in different ways, as a therapeut i see a lot off clients, not one off them is the same. Everyone has her/his own struggles. And needs there own approach, that is fine and gives both off us experience. As the therapeut i always learn in a way from the needs of the client.

Some clients have so many thoughts, some are so self-destructing so i give them a thought, or insight. Do you know something happen, than your thinking get in proces, after the thinking there is reaction.
In therapie models we call it ABC model
A. Event
B. Thinking
C. Feeling/Behaviour

That thinking part (B) is not always about the (a) event. In the course of life there were also events, the educators, parents, surrounding peoples reaction, had made sometimes a conditional reaction/thought. Not always recognizable which make the reaction 'I know but i do not understand why i behave like this'.

First is there the insight than recognition, than a client can accept or not, when accepting than there is a change to transform the 'thought' and 'reaction'. Not always that easy .. the mind can do things we do not want.

So (here comes the energy) we can use tools like Body Drum Release (BDR) a form of light tapping mostly start on shoulders, by deep mental problems lightly on the head bilateral off course. By deep trauma only on the knees!

That thinking can be changed in this way, sometimes talking and insight is simply not enough. For everyone counts that they want that change.

In my practice i notice that a healthy mind must be combined with health in the body. So first the mind, there must the change begin, than the body, good food is from importance. Many people do not know how food can influence the mind. The neurotransmitters are made in a chemical proces in the body and we need them.
I do not like supplement, but if required take them.

The thing is knowing so i will try to give a few examples:
Apples, walnuts, bananas, avocado, pumpkin seeds, spinach, tomato, have the neurotransmitter serotine.

What does serotonin? Serotonin is a neurotransmitter with a predominantly inhibitory effect. It is a tryptamine that affects memory, mood, self-confidence, sleep, emotion, sexual activity and appetite.

I wil write more about food and neurotransmitters because there is a lot to write.
