Well said! This line: "If you are not satisfied with where you are, leave, you are not a tree" - that trips up so many people. We fear change at this very deep level, even if the familiar is misery!
That is because of our synapses and our genetics. Long long long time ago it was normal to fear the unknown and it stuck but the good news is, it can be beaten :)
