Balancing the mind takes deep inner work. Like a body builder must break down and stretch the muscles to become stronger, so too must we break down disempowering and outdated ideas about life, to evolve.

I would start with letting go of the judgements we carry about ourselves and others. We tend to believe there is something wrong with ourselves, or other folks have something wrong with them.

Of all the possible opinions that exist, what chance is there that we have the right one??

Judgement of any kind is a limited perception of a much bigger picture. Start to look at things from other people's perspective. Start to examine your beliefs about life and people - are your opinions based on your emotional reactions or a factual account of what happened?
