Greetings! It helps to meditate and listen to the inner guidance that promotes free will and through which we can tap into a great deal of wisdom and information - it has been through this inner awareness that I have been pointed to numerous deeply hidden subliminal programs operating on TV.. Maybe I will post about them soon.
