Self-esteem

Method number 1
Be loyal to yourself and lead a life that you want to live personally, do what you want and like. This is the basis of self-esteem and independence. Any decisions should be made only by you, without waiting for the approval of relatives, friends and acquaintances.

Method number 2
Stop comparing yourself with others. From reality you will not go away: there will always be people in some way superior to you, having what you do not have, richer, stronger, etc. The same can be said about those who do not have what you have. Do not exalt yourself or worship others. Remain yourself and accept yourself as you are.

Method number 3
Make a list of your positive qualities. Write down everything that comes to mind in it: kindness, decency, punctuality, unselfishness, honesty, etc. Make a list of at least 20 good features. Watch it daily in the morning and in the evening - this will allow you to shift attention from the flaws of your personality to its advantages.

Method number 4
Change the circle of your communication - try to interact with positively minded, confident and successful people who are always ready to smile at you and meet them halfway. Remember that a negative environment contributes to lowering self-esteem, and positive - to increase it. Having surrounded yourself with stronger people, you will become stronger.

Method number 5
Abstain from self-flagellation: cease to reproach yourself and scold for something, because it forms only a chronic sense of guilt and discontent with oneself. This should concern everything in your life: work, relationships, appearance, prosperity, etc. Strive for the opposite: more often praise yourself, tell yourself compliments and characterize yourself on the positive side. Over time, the habit of being dissatisfied with oneself as a uselessness will become obsolete, giving way to positive self-esteem and healthy criticism.

Method number 6
Start the "Diary of Success". Get a small notebook in which you will record all your achievements. And, you need to fix everything: gave your hand to the girl when you left the bus, received a praise from your colleague, went to the training, delivered the project on time, etc. Fill the diary every evening, analyzing your day - you will constantly feel satisfaction and joy from the fact that you are a fine fellow.

Method number 7
For any "Thanks", addressed to your address, answer "Please" or "I'm glad to help", but in any way "Not for that." To any praise, say "Thank you", but no way "Come on, do not." The fact is that such answers indicate that your actions are not worth anything in the truth, and they also send your subconscious a signal that you are not worthy of being evaluated. Appreciate yourself and all that you do.
