There are days like this ...
There are happy days and less good phases, sad days, moments of introspection, of speaking to yourself's.

Life teaches us every day, gives us signs, shows directions, but it's you who make the choice and we must know how to live with the consequences of that choice.
There are cycles we may have to go through to restart. You have to think positive and learn, accept and close. Know how to recognize the best of us and move forward.

There are days when life seems to tell us everything, with all the letters.
Let's identify these signs and be happy, and if we have to step back, turn the other way, make mistakes and take over, it does not hurt as long as it makes sense to us, of course all this has made us stronger, more able to choose.

Há dias felizes e fases menos boas, dias tristes, momentos de introspecção, de falar para dentro, connosco .

A vida ensina-nos todos os dias, dá-nos sinais, aponta direcções, mas somos nós que fazemos a escolha e que temos que saber viver com as consequências dessa escolha.
Há ciclos pelos quais talvez tenhamos que passar para reiniciar. É preciso pensar positivo e aprender, aceitar e encerrar. Saber reconhecer o melhor de nós e avançar.
Há dias em que a vida parece que nos diz tudo, com todas as letras.
Saibamos identificar esses sinais e ser feliz e, se tivermos que recuar, dar a outra face, errar e assumir, não faz mal desde que faça sentido para nós, concerteza tudo isso nos tornou mais fortes, mais capazes de escolher.
