What is the best diet you've tried?
It's that time of the year again. I've decided to get in shape. And I know that workout is not as important as food that you put in your body. It might sound weird but it's the truth. No more ice cream, cakes and stuff like that. But what is a really good diet to follow? And healthy too if possible?
I think you have to get the diet word out of your vocabulary.
What works best for me is a Low carb diet and avoiding grains.
Live the Paleo lifestyle. It is mostly making good choice with good habbits
