I Married A Quilter.....

When we were first married, I knew that my wife liked to sew, but I had no idea of what it would turn in to!! Having lived with her for 13 years, I am still finding “secret stashes” of fabric and supplies that she uses to sew and create for me, our kids and our friends and family. She has made so many quilts since we have been married, that I am no longer in awe of everything she makes…I just expect it to be great. However, when she made this quilt for her sister’s baby, I was impressed.

Wanting to do something a little different and very unique for her sister, my wife found a pattern with a 3-D element to it. Although you can’t see it very well in the picture, all the ears of the puppies are moveable. In addition to sewing this – she also uses her machine and does all the top stitching (quilting) as well.
