Here in panama we have way less selection and resources yet we still eat better than most including people going to Resturants

I have been a master chef for over a decade and everywhere I go abundance and deliciousness abounds. It’s a food vortex around the world. I also find a way to do so in sustainable ways. Like home made bread from in house sourdough starter and wild harvested fruits and veggies.
