Healthy Local Produce Vegan Feasting In Panama!

I have harvested almost all my food for 15 years. Unfortunately when I go to places I have not been o have to buy way more food than usual as I don’t have a sustainable infrastructure, contacts, knowledge of area etc.

Health is also super important to me so here we have two raw salads, #1 a raw green papaya, beat salad. It’s kinda sweet due to the beats, carrots and papaya!

We also have a raw cucumber, garlic tomato salad. It’s an easy classic with lots of garlic. It’s healthy easy and delicious.

Then a huge thing of rice to provide the calories needed for lots of play!

Every dish was made of local foods besides some salt. We get everything in this meal from local families, no GMO no chemicals!
