Plastic pollution is a BIG BIG problem around the globe. Our soils are becoming Plastic Soils, our oceans are becoming Plastic Oceans and scientific reports now say we are drinking plastics, meaning we may have Plastic Blood. In fact, we are creating a Plastic Planet.
However, all hope is not lost. We believe if we become creative with plastics, we can #BeatPlasticPollution. At @thegreens, we are promoting plastic creativity in a bid to solve the plastic problem.
Some of our plastic creative products include the UPB Tree Nursery Pots, the UPB Vertical Gardens, Umbrella Buckets, etc.

Making roads could use tons of waste plastics.

We will definitely try plastic road surfacing in the days ahead. We had used plastics to make tiles and roofing materials but our main challenge is to get an ecofriendly melter that will have very limited emission. As soon as we get that, we will end plastic pollution in Cameroon.
