The @qurator project was created to help give Steemians some extra exposure and awesome upvotes currently worth around $0.10 - $1.02!
Note: some of you have been curated twice since the start of the daily qurator and some have been curated only once. As the Daily Qurator is gaining fame with every passing day, many new steemians are asking/will ask to join us. So, expect to see posts from new users for now. When the opportunity arises, posts from older users will be curated once again
BUT First... A Few Words From @goldendawne and other @qurator staff members
In honor of our 100th edition of the Daily Qurator (DQ), we have some things to discuss before we get onto our daily five Qurites and their posts.
The first being one of the founding members of the Qurator- @scrooger. He is someone I have known less than 31 days, as he hired me to be a new writer for the DQ back on the 69th edition. I have never used his or my own posts in this newsletter, but in honor of his creation of qurator, qustodian (@boontjie) and all the other wonderful projects he involves himself with on steemit, I thought it was only right to make his newest post the top featured one in this special edition.
He has expanded the qurator staff in the last week and I wanted to share with you all some of their thoughts about qurator too.

“The Qurator project started 100 days ago and I never imagined we would grow as much as we did. We wanted to give support to all those who post original content and bring value to Steemit. Most of the new Steemians post their heart out, but starting off they do not have many followers or funds to use on upvote bots. Exposure and support was a problem. We knew we had to step in to support them and make sure they do not get discouraged by never getting any worthwhile upvotes. Even though our Bot handles all the upvotes. We handle all the account approvals. Human interaction is needed for content checking and no bot will ever be able to replace that.
Qurator is a community project and without the community helping us, we will never be able to help the community. I want to personally thank every member who helped us grow and achieve this awesome milestone of 100 days with Qurator. A big shout out to @gingerninja who started Qurator with me, our previous writer @theleapingkoala, our new writer @goldendawne and then our current team of moderators! Feed Your Minnows is a great project that @oleg326756 came up with where he would feed his Minnows (his awesome followers). He would make a post once a week and all the SBD earned by the post will be paid out to the registered Minnows.
This inspired me to make a Feed Your Minnows of my own, with a little twist of course!

Standing Still Whilst The World Spins
It's been such a long time, since I have found the calm in my chaos
Slowing down to enjoy life and what it has to offer is a lesson we all need to take heed in; and @fates has done just that.
When life gets busy we all have a way of pushing to see the light so much, that it feels like we are holding our breath, but it is until we learn to exhale that the world will shift into perspective again.
I now have more time, thus I have more control and I try to own it

Xmas support from our upvote bot!
With the price of SBD going crazy we decided to give you a little boost from our support bot @qustodian. Until the 1st of January 2018 our bot will be giving out 3 (instead of 2.5) times the upvote to the amount of SBD you send him!
The bot is Qurator exclusive and will upvote all Qurites with an upvote of 3.0 times the worth of what you send it, up to $0.80!
Delegators will see a payouts of 90% of all SBD earned by the bot.

New Tiers Update
Streemian Trail Account is here!
You may have noticed that your upvotes from @qurator packed a little bigger punch! @scrooger and @ethandsmith are now trailing the @qurator account and will be sending you some extra upvotes from our side as well. It's not much but every upvote counts!
You can also follow the trail and send upvotes to fellow Qurator members when @qurator upvotes them. To set up a Streemian account only takes a few minutes and is a great way to earn some extra curation.
We suggest NOT following the trail at 100% since we do not want to drain too much of your precious voting power. Play around with your percentage and if you see your voting power being drained too much you can simply lower your % in Streemian. If you have a lot of voting power to spare you can consider a larger %.
