There are big differences on how to apply, when to apply and how to handle the interviews. They all sum up to the same thing - to impress the potential employer that you are the best choice for the job... It's not usually about being the funniest, the smartest, the prettiest or the fastest drummer. Especially if you're really fast drummer, then you don't need to apply for the job but jobs apply for you... I'm not a drummer though, just like most of us. That's why we all need tips and tricks to apply for a job

We will be sending out some comments with the Tier 0 upvote. We don't think many of the members are aware that it is really easy to move up to a higher tier by showing Qurator some support. Let's hope some of the older members can move up in tiers and we can make the whole community a bit stronger. =)

Tier Updates Finalized

Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.

The short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.

• A separate account has been created and 26 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.

• A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

Steemauto Curation Trail

RIP Streemian and hello Steemauto! The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto.

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
