আমরা বিভিন্ন ঋতুতে বিভিন্ন রকম শাকসবজি খেয়ে থাকি। তার কারণ ঋতুকালীন শাকসবজি সবথেকে বেশী সুস্বাদু হয়। বিশেষ করে যেমন মূলা। মূলা সাধারণত শীককালীন সবজি শীতকালে মূলা প্রচুর পরিমাণে আমদানী হয়ে থাকে। মূলা বিভিন্ন প্রকার ভাবে খাওয়া যায়। বিশেষত কাঁচা মূলা খেতে খুব খুব ভালো লাগে। মূলা প্রকৃতির হয়। সাদা,, লাল,, বিভিন্ন রকম হয়। এছাড়াও মূলাকে মানুষেরা নানান রকম করে রান্না করে খায়। মূলার পাতা সবজি হিসাবে খাওয়া হয়। বর্তমানে,, ভারত ও বাংলাদেশে মূলা খুব জনপ্রিয়।
