Raw salad made from rockets, pepper, oranges, grape, tomatoes, red onion, avocado and sunflower seed. Eating mostly raw food help me to fuel my body with nutrient and enzyme that are not destroyed during any cooking process. By cooking the food some crucial digestive enzymes are destroyed and let the food less nutritive, That is why it is crucial for our health to include as much raw food as we can in our diet.
