I think she was facing the shelf because she has the cigarette in her left hand and the ashtray is on the left side of the shelf. The gun is in her right hand which would suggest it was a murder rather than a suicide because the blood splatter is on the right wall.

What about the paper I can be sucide note ...because of Stress she is smoking cigarette it can also happen

The gun spatter, plus, rarely will the gun stay in someones hand if they commit suicide...it's definitely murder.
