A list of recommended books
Often you ask me what the best personal growth, psychological and inspirational fiction books I recommend. Well, these are very large and really good. One of them is considered the easy, others absorb more effort put. All of them to their recommended list of books I put the light on a number of criteria that are important to me and my soul home to readers:
The book does not have to be hard or difficult to read,
It must be interesting until the very end,
it has to be not just a leisure, Fiction and food for thought and inspiration to grow, to change, to go back to the source itself.
In addition to good psychological non-fiction works of this time I have put a few novels that is very easily and can be read simply for entertainment. However, next to it has a psychological value, encourages thinking, to grow, to unfold.
Sandra Anne Taylor secret past lives force
was, like many of my Soul home readers particularly interested in spiritual books, responding to questions, what really are, why we come into this world, and what happens when our physical body dies. Regression meditation and hypnotherapy with the help of therapists help customers remember their past or living, and even the state, called "TSG - life between lives," I am interested in is not the first year. I'm with the little encounters and personal practice. It was interesting to discover in this book even more knowledge about it as possible to remember their former incarnations, and as a remembrance of past lives can help to deal with this life held emotional blocks, disease and other challenges.
Anita Moorjani And if the sky is here?
For those interested in AMP (near death experience of) the state or recommended reading my books, this author is already familiar. Anita became world famous after 4 fall ill cancer patients experienced AMP state, and returned from it told beyond this world. After just a couple of weeks after the return, the cancer from her body miraculously and completely withdrew. Her autobiographical book "Miri to become a martyr himself," I personally was one of the strongest impacted books on the other side and the true unconditional love of power, without distortion of the term modern crutches. The second part of his book, Anita continues this theme and destroying Western society established myths that are blocking the love of self and disturbing consequence of our long-term happiness and a sense of meaningfulness of everyday life.
Norman Doidge "Save alter brain"
This book certainly will not be easy reading before bedtime, but it revealed the idea really worth the effort. Based on a variety of authentic stories and a variety of research carried out by the author presents the topic of brain neuroplasticity. Its essence is the brain's ability to change, to rebuild, recover and grow in response to consistently and systematically repeated training exercises. It gives people almost divine power, meaning that even with some limitations, will insert a targeted effort, we can radically change themselves and hone their skills.
Elisabeth Gilbert "Great Magic"
This is perhaps one of the most inspiration from me books to read over the past year. Its easy to read and the vibrant positivity piece has many well-known book "Eat, pray and love," the author tells of the most creative magic that resides in all of us. Through the authentic stories and inspiring examples, it perfectly illustrates that each of us is His openness to creative muse can fly with anyone who believes that. The author successfully destroying various myths that block our creativity. It encourages the search for your inner talent and doing it so convincingly that even without reading any book makes you want to dance and run the talent search and realization. This book is truly amazing and works therapeutically not only artists who beginners, but also those who are just dreaming catch creation muse. Especially I recommend for those who believe that there is a complete mediocrity and do not have any special talent.
Elisabeth Gilbert "pledged"
Quite different, the second author of this book, where it continues the love story began. However - this is by no means a love affair. Maybe even the opposite. The work of different cultures and traditions in the light of the issue of marriage is conferred on the pros and cons, monogamy, long-term commitment, and other topics. Therefore, reading have an excellent opportunity to weigh your existing or yet to future relations versatility. Well, and for dessert - the happy end of the story the author.
Irvin D. Yalom
One of my biggest discoveries in the last couple of years - an American psychotherapist Irvine Jalom book. The writer's psychological study novels live, easy to read, sensitive and perfectly revealing the individual and group psychotherapy benefits of the special relationship between the psychotherapist and the importance of the client and the internal transformation of human wonders. They are reading, we have an opportunity to look at the science of psychotherapy occurrence beginnings therapeutic process backstage and become more familiar with what a powerful force to intentional human work with their authenticity and blocking interference. My three beloved Irvine Jalom book is this: "When Nietzsche wept", "Liar on the couch" and "Treatment of Schopenhauer.
