Christiano Ronaldo was born in Santo Antonio, a neighbourhood in Madeira in Portugal. His father José Dinis Aveiro was a gardener and his mother Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro was a cook. He is the youngest of four children, he has one older brother Hugo and two older sisters Elma and Liliana Cátia.
