Office Progress: Still Hoping to Move in June 1st
I started my own real estate brokerage a little over a month ago. It seems like much longer with all the work we have had to do. My wife Jeni and my project manager Nikki have both been helping a ton. Of course, they don't always agree on design so that has been tough. We are making progress!
This is the start of the deck and awning we are building. We ordered the trex, and I had some left over from a deck we built on my house last year.
Here is my wonderful drawing for the outside.
The granite counters were installed this week as well.
We are still deciding on the floor. Here are some experiments with it from today.
We are trying to get a silver/grey look.
I also ordered some furniture including 2 desks with hutches, 6 regular desks, book shelves, file cabinets, and conference tables.
It will be tough but we are making progress!
