very kind of you to say @steven-patrick - the concepts are universal enough to apply to just about any sales job and in many cases , as you say, "life in general' - I hope people find it useful. It felt very therapeutic writing it. The biggest takeaway I would say is to define your purpose - everything else can build off of that.
