Should we Finish the Basement or Not?

This is a commercial property I bought in 2017 for $292k. We remodeled the property and rented it for $ 4,500 a month but it also had an unfinished basement. We never did anything with the basement since we are always keeping our guys busy but we might have time to finish it now.

Should we make it commercial or residential?
