Recipe for Oven baked vegetables - Special spice mix
Hi there,
today I have a recipe for oven baked vegetables one of my favorite meals.
Ingredients:
- bell pepper
- asparagus
- cherry tomatoes
- fennel
- mushrooms
- courgette
- eggplant
Spice-Mix:
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- parsley
- chives
- onion
- basil
- turmeric
- oregano
- marjoram
- olive oil
Cut all vegetables, but not the tomatoes in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle the spices together with the olive oil above the vegetables and mix it up.
Now you can put them on a oven sheet and bake them 30 min by 180 degree with circulating air and ready!
