How to Make ""Bhakri"" Recipe !!
Ingredients:
- 350 gm jowar flour
- water as required
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Step 1
To prepare this Maharashtrian direction, create a stiff dough of flour with water. Knead it well.Step 2
Take the small-sized dough, create a ball out of it and place it on a plastic sheet.Step 3
Wet your hands with water and pat the dough gently into a thick, flat disk. ensure that the dough doesn't stick whereas patting.
Step 4
Heat a griddle and place the disk thereon. Sprinkle some benne seeds and roast it well.Step 5
When the bottom of the dough turns crispy brown, turn it over and cook the other side. When it is done, serve after putting some ghee.
