It brings back memories from my childhood. Our simple BBQ normally just use salt, because we used fresh fish. It tastes delicious.
Yes, each fish has it's own particular taste and this taste will be no longer noticeable if one use too many spices with strong flavor. So, if we use fresh fish, using only salt is enough too.
Sometimes I also only use salt for the fish if I could go to a bigger supermarket so that I can get a fresh fish.
