the ingredients:

2 crabs

Softened seasoning:
4 cloves of red onion
6 cloves of garlic
11 chili seeds (as per taste)
3 large red chilli seeds

Other spices:
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 lbr orange leaves
1 tbsp margarine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 pcs of tomatoes in juice

Dari sekian resep kepiting, KEPITING ASAM MANIS PEDAS adalah yang paling favorit saya. Dimana rasa asam, manis dan pedas berpadu dimulut dengan rasa kepiting yang memang sudah enak dari sananya. Saya gunakan jus tomat untuk rasa asamnya, karena dengan tomat segar kita akan merasakan sensasi rasa yang ringan tapi sangat lezat.

Kalau teman-teman ada punya kepiting, resep ini perlu kalian coba. saya jamin tidak menyesal

bahan-bahannya:

2 ekor kepiting

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
4 siung bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
11 biji cabe rawit (sesuai selera)
3 biji cabe merah besar

Bumbu lainnya:
2 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm saus cabe pedas
1 sdm saus tiram
1,5 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt kecap inggris
2 lbr daun jeruk
1 sdm margarin
2 sdm minyak sayur
5 bh tomat di jus
