Hi everyone, I want to share a recipe that is easy to cook and also delicious, this recipe is a favorite recipe in my family I hope you like it
Materials:

  • 12 long beans
  • 1 piece of tempeh
  • 2 planks of banana peeled
  • 5 sliced ​​garlic
  • 4 red onions sliced
  • 5 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 segment of galangal crushed
  • 1 segment of ginger crushed
  • 1 lemongrass digeprek
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • water
  • cooking oil.

How to make:

  • Cut long beans, wash and set aside. Cut tempeh into small pieces and fry briefly. Remove and drain.
  • Prepare a frying pan with cooking oil to taste. Saute onion and white until wilted then add galangal, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves, red chili. Stir well. Add the long beans and stir-stir bananas then add the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt, mix well, add a little water.
  • Correct the taste and finally add the stir-fried tempeh briefly until all the ingredients are well blended. Then turn off the heat and serve.
