Coffee Jelly
Ingredients:
one (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
two tablespoons hot water
three tablespoons white sugar
two cups fresh brewed coffee
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in the hot water in a small bowl. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee, and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil over high fire. Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual servings or a large pan for cubing. Chill in the refrigerator till solidified, six to seven hours.
