Bahan:
- 150 gram Bihun jagung rendam di air panas, angkat, tiriskan
- 1 dada ayam goreng potong dadu/ boleh ayam rebus
- 2 buah wortel potong dadu
- 1 buah tomat potong dadu
- 2 sdm tomat halus/ saus tomat
- 3 butir telur ayam / sesuai selera
- 3 bawang putih cincang halus
- 1 sdm kecap ikan
- 1 sdm minyak wijen
- 1/2 sdt merica
- garam sesuai selera
- gula sejumput
- kaldu bubuk non msg
- 2 batang daun bawang potong
- minyak untuk menumis
- air sesuai selera
Cara membuat:
- Tumis bawang putih dan ayam sampai wangi. Lalu masukkan wortel dan tumis sampai setengah matang. Lalu tambahkan air.
2 Beri bumbu garam, gula, kecap ikan, minyak wijen, kaldu bubuk, merica dan tomat halus. Biarkan sampai mendidih dan masukkan tomat beserta bihun dan daun bawang, aduk rata hingga bumbu merasuk.
- pecahkan telur satu-satu diatas mangkok dan tuang diatas bihun (agar telur utuh). Tutup panci sebentar hingga kematangan telur yang diinginkan. Angkat.
- Sajikan dengan bubuk cabai / sambal sesuai selera.
