Egg crepes with stuffing

Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 2 eggs;
• salt - to taste;
• seasoning - to taste;
• 50 grams of boiled turkey;
• 50 g of Greek yogurt;
• 50 cheese;
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  
  

Preparation

Whisk in a bowl one egg with salt and spices. Preheat the frying pan, oil, pour the egg and spread it over the bottom with a thin layer. After 30 seconds, turn the pancake and cook for another half a minute. Repeat the manipulation of the second egg.

Give the pancakes a little cool, grease with yogurt. Cut the turkey and cheese into small cubes, place in the center of the egg circle, roll the pancake.

You can use any stuffing to taste: beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, hummus and so on.
