DADAR GULUNG PANDAN

Bahan Kulit dadar:
125gr Tepung segitiga
15 gr gula pasir
2 gr garam
1 butir telur
90 ml santan kara
230 ml air biasa
Bbrp tetes pasta pandan
Minyak buat pan fried kulitnya
Caranya :
- Campur semua bahan aduk sampai gula larut dan di saring
- Siapkan wajan dan panaskan
- Ambil tissu satu lembar celupkan ke minyak makan dan usapin ke wajan
- Setelah panas tuangkan satu centong dan angkat memutar wajan agar tidak mengumpul di tengah
- Api kecil
- Masak sampai warna berubah dan bisa lepas dari wajan
- Sisihkan dan dingin kan sebelum di isi unti kelapa
Bahan unti kelapa :
100 gr kelapa parut kering
50 gr gula merah
50 ml santan instan +100 ml air biasa
20 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
Caranya:
Masak air, santan, gula merah dan gula putih sampai larut dan sedikit mendidih masukkan kelapa parut kering. Masak hingga air menyusut tp tdk smp kering. Angkat dinginkan
