Chicken Nuggets

Material :
500 grams of ground chicken meat
1 egg, shake off
1 tablespoon of sago flour
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 cloves of garlic, puree

1 teaspoon of powdered broth

Wheat flour, dissolved with water.
Bread crumb.
** Cooking Step: **
Mix all ingredients with herbs, mix well.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten then fill with cheese then round shape of dough. Tata Nugget in a sheet of aluminum foil.
Steam nugget approximately 15-20min until cooked, lift and chill.
Once cool, dip the nuggets into the wheat solution and then roll them onto the flour.
Fry until golden yellow.
