Marble Cake!

Ingredients:

• 6 Eggs
•2 cups of sugar
• 5 heaping tablespoons of milk powder
• 4 cups of rising wheat flour
• ½ cup of vegetable oil
• ¾ cup of water
• 60 grams of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
•Cornmeal
• Vanilla (optional)
• 1 lemon or orange (optional)

preparation:

Preheat the oven with maximum temperature, when introducing the cake lower to 180 degrees or 200 degrees (may vary depending on the type of oven or electric or gas) Beat the eggs with the sugar to until little white, add the milk powder and gradually add half of the flour and the alternated oil (a little flour, a little oil, a little flour and a little oil) ), then add the other part of the flour with the water in the same way alternating with each other and incorporate the baking or baking powder, add vanilla to taste and lemon or orange zest, after that divide the mixture into two and add the cocoa to one part of the mixture leaving one half of cocoa and the other half of vanilla. Previously add margarine (butter) or Spray oil to the mold and mix in a bowl a bit of corn flour and sugar in equal parts and then add it to the mold already greased, spread all over the mold and discard the excess. (The cornmeal makes the cake deliciously crispy, you can also use only sugar) Place the mixture in the mold alternating one with another or add the vanilla mixture and then the cocoa mixture, you can mix it with a fork making small waves without touching the bottom of the mold and take it to the oven for 45 minutes or 1 hour. (Insert a knife or a little stick in the middle and if it comes out clean your cake is ready to leave the oven)

Suggestions:

• When adding the cocoa to the mixture you can add a little water to match the consistency to the vanilla mixture.
• The ideal consistency of the mixture should be at the point of the letter, that is to say, raise the beater by drawing a letter in the mixture and last like this for a few seconds until it disappears, if it is too dense you can add a little water)
• If you want a cacao cake add twice as much cocoa to your entire mixture.
• If you want a simple cake simply do not add cocoa.
• You can substitute the milk powder, water and cocoa for the coconut milk cover the cake with dry coconut and you will have a delicious coconut cake.
• If you are a yoghurt lover, you can substitute milk and water for a cup of fruit yoghurt and it will result in a cake that is out of the ordinary and much more nutritious.
• If you want a larger cake double the quantities of the ingredients.
