BEEF TATAKI RECIPE YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF IN THE UK

Have you ever had Sunday Roast at any local British pub?

Have you ever tried Fish and Chips?

Or, Have you ever tried Roast Chicken?


I've been in the UK for 3years to study in a university, and my first impression about the UK was that British food sucks (not all the food in the UK to be fair).

I've always wondered why British people turn the great ingredients into garbage, and I figured out that they just don't know how to cook properly.


So, I'm going to show you how to cook beef in a better way. Then you'll see how fool you are in terms of cooking.


##First of all,all the ingredients you need is these:
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 500g of fine beef (preferably no fat)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 4 tbsp of wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cut lemon
  • 4 bay leaves

A great thing about this recipe is that all the ingredients above is widely available in the UK or most countries.

##Here is the cooking instruction.
  1. Grill Beef
  2. When surface from all aspects turned Nice brown colour, it's ready.


    !!DO NOT OVERCOOK IT! IT WILL NEVER TAKE MORE THAN 5MINUTES.!!


  3. Slice onion thinly
  4. cut lemon into 1/8 size (cut half lemon into 4 pieces), then cut it into 3mm thick.
  5. mix soy sauce, oil, and vinegar.
  6. Boil water with 1% salt in it, and slowly put grilled beef into it. Wait for 15-20 min as you wish(I prefer 15min)

  7. !!TURN OFF THE HEAT! OTHERWISE BEEF WILL BE GARBAGE.!!


  8. take beef out of water, and put all the ingredients above into a pot, and mix them roughly.
  9. (It would be the best if the water and oil is completely mixed.)

  10. leave the pot in the refrigerator for 2 at least 2 hours.

DONE!

Slice beef and dish it up with other ingredient.


You'll see how beautiful it tastes.
