Recipe for cesar salad.
I want to share this rich salad recipe as you well know, I love salads as they are an inexhaustible source of vitamins and minerals, for their versatility there are many ways to combine vegetables and with different dressings make us have a rich breakfast, lunch, dinner and even an excellent snack. So I decided to publish this recipe: Cesar Salad.
Ingredients:
- 3 lettuces.
- 1/2 cup diced bread.
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 egg.
- 6 tablespoons of oil.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- 5 spoonfuls of water.
- 1 pinch of mustard.
- 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- White pepper to taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 can of anchovies fillet (if you like).
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
Wash, drain, and chop the lettuce with your hands. Brown the squares of bread in the three tablespoons of butter add the tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Cook the egg in boiling water for one minute, cool, prepare the vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, touch of pepper and salt then beat well.
Rub the salad bowl with the garlic, add the lettuce, the vinaigrette, the chopped anchovies (if you like) and the cheese. Mix gently and finally add the egg and toasted bread. Serve immediately.
