{New Recipe} Crunchy Cornflake Cookies
Ingredients
- 250 gr butter (me : 150gr wismen, 100gr blue band)
- 165 gr refined sugar
- 1 egg
- 65 gr of cornflakes, mash lightly
- 3/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 310 grams flour (me: blue triangle)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 200 gr of cornflakes, mash lightly (for the rolls)
How to Make
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Mixer the butter and powdered sugar with high speed until smooth and pale. Approximately 3-5 minutes
Lower speed of mixer jd most low, add the eggs and vanilla mix well. Turn off the mixer
Add the flour in the sifter last, and stir well using a spatula
Add another 65gr cornflakes, mix well
Refrigerate the dough 20-25 minutes in the refrigerator. After 25 minutes, remove the dough.
Round the dough and roll in cornflakes. (Dsni my disposable spoon 1/2 tbsp for 1 orb, so orb be great)
Bake in oven 180 degrees until cooked
