参巴马来煎炒羊角豆

羊角豆又名秋葵。羊角豆是一种小而长条形的绿色蔬菜。羊角豆含有丰富的营养,提供了许多人类所需的维生素和矿物质。羊角豆含有膳食纤维、碳水化合物、钙、蛋白质、维生素A,维生素C、抗氧化剂如B1和B2、槲皮素、芦丁、儿茶素,表儿茶酚酸、钾和镁等。

羊角豆是一种低卡路里,不含脂肪和胆固醇蔬菜,对于那些有意节食或保持体重的人来说,它可是一个不错的选择。羊角豆有助于降低癌症、中风、心脏病、糖尿病、肾结石和骨质流失的风险。

孕妇也可以食羊角豆,因为富含维生素B和叶酸,能维持新细胞的成长,并有助于胎儿发育,从而帮助宝宝健康生长。

羊角豆能提供膳食纤维,让身体保持健康消化,清除胃肠系统问题,使结肠在体内发挥更好地作用。

材料

羊角豆 ∼ 250克
虾米 ∼ 15克
蒜米 ∼ 15克
Adabi参巴马来煎 ∼ ½汤匙
盐 ∼ ⅓匙
食油 ∼ 1 汤匙
水 ∼ 少许

做法:

  1. 首先,将羊角豆清洗干净,用刀子切去蒂并修剪未端压,在切成小薄片状。

  2. 然后将虾米浸泡在水中,5分钟后清洗和剁碎备用。

  3. 将大蒜皮去除,洗净并切成蒜末备用。

  4. 在热锅中,把油烧后就可将蒜末、参巴酱、虾米和盐倒入热油中。煎至蒜末微黄即可。

  5. 待蒜末、虾米和参巴煎香后,就可以将羊角豆倒入锅中了。 翻炒一分钟左右。

  6. 倒入少许水, ¼杯左右, 然后盖上锅盖焖煮三分钟左右。

  7. 打开锅盖后,翻炒一会就可以熄火了。

  8. 一盘热腾腾的参巴羊角豆就可以端上桌了。
