How To Make a Double Cheese cupcake
Hello everyone! I am here today to share you a lovely cheese cupcake you can make anytime of the day especially on your Food cheat day. This recipe I am about to share was a recipe from a facebook group I have joined which is about cooking and baking.
At first I was hesitant to try this recipe, but of course the sort of thing ”How will i know it’s gonna work if I will never try”. So off to the market I go to get the stuff needed.
Guess what… this recipe turned out so delicious. One word to describe… just Heavenly. I am so glad I’ve tried and now I’m in love with it. In fact, I will make another batch next friday (My food cheat day).
So without much further ado, Here is the heavenly recipe of Miss Marie Tayag, the owner of the recipe.
Yields
18 -20 cupcakes
Ingredients
- All purpose flour, 2 ¼ cup
- Cream cheese, 4 oz
- Grated cheddar cheese, 1 ½ cup (Divided)
- Baking powder, 2 ¼ tsp
- Condensed milk, 1 can (340ml)
- Unsalted Butter, ½ cup
- Eggs , 2 medium size
- Vanilla, 1 ½ tsp
- Salt , ½ tsp
Methods
Preheat oven at 350F
In a bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla, continue mixing the ingredients.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well
Add the flour into the mixture a little at a time and continue beating it until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the half grated cheese into the mixture.
Scoop ¼ cup in each muffin molder.
Top with grated cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Enjoy every bite.
Miss Marie says, It’s best eaten the next day for full flavor, but i know that doesn’t work for us. We have just devoured it after it cooled down. It was gone in minutes. We can’t get enough of it. My cheesecake didn’t create that dome shape though, I probably overbeat it, But it really didn’t matter to us. It's just so awesome. I highly recommend this recipe for your treat day or make it as a side hustle.
Try it and you’ll love it.

Those look good. My cheesecakes don't dome either, but then again, I don't use flour.
Thank you @metzli. Im not expert in baking, im not sure if cheesecake really creates dome :D
What is your substitute for flour?

So my cheesecake recipe has no flour.
It is more like a pie?
We make a graham cracker crust, and the filling is cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and a dash of lime, it comes out quite moist and very delicious.
Mmmmm. Cheesecake. LOL.
