Homemade Spiced Eggplant Chips
Home-made chips are not only tasty, but also healthy. A crispy snack is perfect for a cozy evening in front of a laptop, or for a party with friends.
Ingredients
- Eggplant 1 piece
- Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black pepper taste
- Garlic powder taste
- Salt taste
- Spice taste
- Sesame taste
Cooking
- Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil. Add pepper, garlic powder, salt and other spices to taste.
2 ․ Marinate the thinly sliced eggplant in this mixture. It will take 8-10 hours.
3 ․ Then lay the eggplant plates on a baking sheet with baking paper, pour over the remaining marinade and put in an oven preheated to 150 на for an hour.
