Happy Monday dear Steemiano, I want to present you this delicious recipe, very easy to prepare. You can do it for a lunch or an excellent dinner, everyone in the house will like it. On this occasion, the presentation is with chicken legs, but you can use any part of it and even the whole chicken.
CHICKEN WITH ROMERO WITH CAPS AND OLIVES.
These are the ingredients:
1 kg of chicken thighs.
Olive oil.
2 paprika, one green and one red.
1 onion.
400 grams of Tomato.
1 Tablespoon of sweet pepper.
100 grs of bacon.
90 grs of black olives.
2 Tablespoons capers.
Rosemary to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
First marinate the chicken to your liking, with salt, pepper and rosemary, completely to your liking. Place to heat a pan with the oil; sofrie the chicken for about 7 minutes until it browns, you can remove it to a tray.
Add the two sliced peppers, the chopped onion and the bacon in pieces in a pot. Sauté these ingredients for about five minutes and add the spoonful of sweet chili.
Add the well chopped tomatoes with their juice along with the capers and olives, you have to wait for them to boil, stirring constantly. Add chicken thighs that you had apart, cover and let it cook for 25 minutes, at the end of the time you remove the lid and let cook for 10 more minutes.
