Blackberry Lemonade

Hello steemit today I have a recipe for blackberry lemonade. After a hot day of hiking at Lee falls, i came home to do some yard work and pick some blackberries. Our blackberries did so well this summer I ended up with a huge bowl and instead of baking them into something I thought I would make a refreshing beverage. So what I did was take about 3 cups of blackberries and blend the goodness out of them in a blender. After that I took a fine mesh strainer and strained out all of the seeds so I was left with just the juice. Then I juiced 4 lemons and put about 2 teaspoons of zest, and added about 1 cup of sugar. Then you can add as much water as you want to mellow out the flavor so it's not so tart and sweet. I just filled up the rest of my container, but you can add as much or little as you want.

Blackberry Lemonade
-3 cups blackberries
-juice and zest of 4 lemons
-1 cup of sugar
-water
