材料:

300g排骨

200g鲜淮山,去皮,切块

50g红萝卜,切块

50g玉竹

1大匙杞子

1000ml滚水

调味料:

适量盐调味

2大匙白米酒

做法:

1,排骨,淮山,红萝卜和杞子放进滚水中,烫一烫,捞起

2,将全部材料放进炖盅里,然后用中火炖2小时,加入调味料即可享用大

注:买不到鲜淮山,可用100g干淮山代替

**INGREDIENTS: **

300g spare ribs

200g fresh huaishan, peeled and cut into chunks

50g carrot, cut into chunks

50g yu zhu

1 tbsp qi zi

1000ml boiling water

**SEASONING: **

Salt to taste

2 tbsp white rice wine

**METHOD: **

  1. Blanch spare ribs, huaishan, carrot and qi zi in boiling water for a short while. Dish and drain.

  2. Put all ingredients and boiling water into a double-boiler anddouble-boil at medium heat for 2 hours. Add in seasoning and serve hot.

Note: If fresh huaishan is not available, can use 100g dried huaishan to substitute.
