材料:

12 只大明虾

12 支竹签

调味料:

150g 蒜茸

2 大匙指天椒碎

1 大匙美极鲜酱油

2 大匙生抽

½小匙糖

½小匙麻油

2大匙水

1小匙粟粉水打芡用

做法:

1,明虾修剪头和脚,开背,然后用竹签串直定型

2,烧热油锅,放入虾炸2分钟,捞起上碟

3,将调味料煮滚,打芡淋在虾上即

INGREDIENTS:

12 big prawns

12 bamboo sticks

SEASONING:

150g chopped garlic

2 tbsp chopped chilli padi

1 tbsp Maggi seasoning

2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp water

1 tsp corn flour water, for thickening

METHOD:

  1. Trim legs and heads from the until prawns. Make a slit down the back onto and devein. Skewer the prawn on the bamboo stick.

  2. Heat up oil for deep-frying, put in prawns and deep-fry for 2 minutes until cooked. Dish up and arrange onto a serving platter.

  3. Pour seasoning into a wok and bring to boil. Thicken with corn flour water and pour over prawns. Serve hot.
