This looks like a soup that you could quickly whip up in an Instant Pot. We just got one a short time ago and though I was skeptical at first, it really is a pretty awesome contraption. We also have a cast iron dutch oven that we use when we have the time to make a meal the slow way. Very nice recipe, thanks for sharing!
