Choconut bites
Between the energy balls and a treat, these decadent bites are simple and delicious!
Ingredients
2 cups pitted Medjool dates
1 cup cashews
1/2 + 1 tbsp Graham crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup belgium chocolate
Instructions
1. Put in a food processor the dates, the nuts, 1/2 cup Graham crumbs, vanilla and chia seeds. Pulse until nuts are grounded. Add 2 tbsp of water and pulse until a dough ball forms.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Then, in a bain marie, melt the chocolate. Dip half bite in the melted chocolate and then sprinkle with Graham crumbs.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
As a big time graham fan, these truffles are quite the treat!
