Mango and super grains energy bars
An healthy and satisfying treat for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup dried mango
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it comes out as a doug ball.
2. Pour into a 8 x 8 mold covered with parchment paper. Firmly press the mixture. Wet a spoon with hot water and smooth the top.
3. Refrigerate for about one hour before cutting.
