Gather as many potatoes as you wish to eat.
Peel and cut into eighths
Coat in flour with salt and spices mixed in. I used two tablespoons of salt to 1 1/2 cup flour. The only spices I used were garlic and cayenne and it was delicious.
Place in a baking dish with maybe a quarter inch of oil on the bottom.
Best baked using the smell and look method. Put it in the oven at 350 and check them when it starts to smell good.
I could have cooked mine a bit longer but I was getting hungry! They were done all the way through though, no crunchy bits.
