Caramel Coffee Cake
22 cm. round shape
Biscuit:
180 gr. soft butter
250 gr. sugar
3 eggs
285 gr. flour
55 gr. cocoa powder
1.5 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons instant coffee + 3 tablespoons hot water it dissolved in
250 ml. milk
a pinch of salt
Cream:
500 g. mascarpone cheese
397 gr. (jar) caramel cream
2 tablespoons liqueur, rum, brandy (orange juice)
Syrup preparing biscuits:
200 ml. strong coffee (liquid)
100 g. sugar
50 ml. rum, brandy, liqueurs
Biscuit. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Cream the butter with the sugar mixer to beat up white. Shaking one beaten egg. This batter half the flour and stir with a spoon. Pour the melted coffee with milk, remaining flour and then spoon gently but thoroughly mix it.
